Life Stress Reduction (LSR) & Case Planning Workshop is a complete package of training, which includes easy to learn, practical, highly effective techniques and a unique session protocol. LSR is used to resolve unwanted conditions that are negatively affecting any and all parts of a person’s life (low self esteem, relationships on the rocks, loss, job problems, etc).Live demonstrations and an opportunity for students to try out the techniques are part of this 4-day training.
The LSR workshop includes thirty-three structured, scripted techniques, giving the LSR facilitator a variety of tools to help individuals resolve what’s troubling them. When a person interprets the world in a certain way, that is the way the world becomes – for him/her. Cleaning up one’s mental environment brings alertness of mind, clarity of thought and a greater sense of self. Upon completion of this training, LSR facilitators have tools to help others improve the quality of their lives like never before.Session by session, you can expect to see a lifting of the spirit and increased enthusiasm for life. 24 continuing education credits for this part of the training.

Looking At Life With Equine Assistance - Horse Power!
Horses can teach us much about ourselves. They can put us in touch with our emotions and the thoughts behind those emotions, which inhibit our progress. The first step in moving past stuck points in one's life is to identify them. Individuals often carry around so much mental baggage, resulting from things that have happened in the past, that they cannot get the clarity of thought they need to handle it.
The equine-assisted psychotherapy provided in this workshop provides an opportunity for developing a stronger self who is willing and able to see what's not right and do something about it.
